6. Cancellation Policy

For one-time purchases:

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 day of purchase.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day policy for the following situations:

 

  • Damaged products

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect shipments

Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.

We also offer a one-time satisfaction guarantee within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee applies once per customer. Additional requests may not be eligible.

We may request photo evidence for damaged or incorrect items before issuing a replacement or refund.

 

8. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Steamy INC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

 

9. Health & Product Disclaimer

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Any statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Always consult your healthcare provider before consuming any dietary product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.
